The Fucci Company
The Fucci Company was founded in 1972 as a Real Estate Management firm under the name of ReMco Management, Inc. The Company was incorporated in 1980 and the name officially changed to The Fucci Company in 1986.
The Fucci Company currently manages 300 units of housing in Vermont. Responsibilities include marketing, lease negotiation and enforcement, financial reporting, federal housing compliance certification where required and maintenance administration and supervision.
The field of subsidized housing is the area of management which prompted the original formation and ultimate success of The Fucci Company. Federally insured and funded housing is a segment of the industry which requires a certain level of training and experience beyond the conventional market. The licensing certification and bonding requirements permit only the most qualified firms with highly trained personnel to engage in this aspect of the business. The Fucci Company has established a record of outstanding performance in this area to the extent that they are often solicited by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist with troubled projects.
From 1972 to the present, The Fucci Company has been involved in all phases of real estate, ranging from consulting through development, construction and general contracting, sales and property management.
The Fucci Company, Inc. is a member in good standing of the Vermont Housing Manager's Association, Apartment Owners and Management Association of America, The National Leased Housing Association and the Vermont Rental Property Owner's Association.
